for The Mayor's Commission on Literacy (MCOL): Responsible for instruction of English
Vocational Foundation Skills curriculum, ESL Literacy, and job readiness skills to Temporary Assistance for Needy
Families (TANF)
clients at Employment Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) center. Create individual and
group lessons based on the Pennsylvania Department of Education's Foundation Skills Framework. Collect, input
and submit monthly reports with student data for the Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ABLE) "e-Data" program,
MCOL, and the Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation (PWDC). Administer and grade BEST Literacy
tests for all ELL customers at EARN center; compile test data for EARN center and maintain files.

Delaware County Community College/ESL Program- Adjunct Faculty, (January 2003 - December 2005).

  Course Contents:  American rhetorical patterns, vocabulary expansion, sentence

Nina's Discount Oldies and Oldies.com are the retail outlets for Alpha Video and Collectables Music, owned by parent
company Gotham Music Distributors. Responsibilities: Created monthly catalogues and promotional materials for
Nina's Discount Oldies, using Quark with X-Data, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Scanned art of all products and created/
maintained digital image library for both Grayscale and CMYK print catalogs. Published art for Oldies.com web site.
Managed digital storage of Alpha Video and Collectables Music art materials library.

 

Brand X Communications, Inc. - Project Coordinator/ Meeting Planner (Jan. 1988- Aug. 1999).
Producers of multimedia audiovisual presentations, video productions & interactive software for nat'l symposiums. 
Project Coordination included:
proposals, budgets, invoices, vendor contracts, casting, location scout, floorplan
layout, graphic design, written/oral communications. Studio online video production, MS Office, FileMaker Pro, etc.
